Samer Daoudi (Palestinian Non-Governmental Organizations Network): Mr. Samer Daoudi is the Policy Advisor for PNGO, which is an umberalla network consistenting of 146 NGOs that work in different development, humanitarian and human rights arenas. PNGO strives to support, consolidate, and strengthen Palestinian civil society, based on the principles of democracy, social justice and sustainable development. Samer has intensive experience in the humanitarian matters and civic space. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, East Bay and a B.A. in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
